🎓🎉 We are so proud to announce that the Louisiana Correctional Institute for Women (LCIW), through our partnership with Tulane University (@tulanesopa) is approved by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to offer full degree programs as an off-campus instructional site.

With this accreditation, we can now say our students at LCIW are degree-seeking and on track to complete their BA degrees in social science from Tulane!

🩺 This World Health Day, we are focused on the needs of people who are incarcerated. All citizens deserve access to quality healthcare.

⚖️ On Wednesday, Operation Restoration testified in support of House Bill 731 to the Louisiana House of Representatives that would allow for medical parole or furlough for any individual who is experiencing a serious medical condition, a behavioral or mental health disorder, incapacity, incompetency, a serious impairment or is of advanced age 60+.
